See the beauty everywhere

Huomaatteko kun aurinko paistaa mieli kirkastuu? Hymyilette enemmän? Minä olen sellainen, sopisin hyvin jonnekkin lämpimään maahan. 

Kesällä kun kävelen ulkona, nautin näkemästäni: kukista, puista, hiekasta, tuulen vireestä puiden lehdillä, linnuista, eläimistä (paitsi hämähäkeistä) ja tietenkin AURINGOSTA!

Inhoan tietoa, kuinka lyhyt aika minulla on nautittavaa, Suomen kesä on niin lyhyt. Talvella kaikki kaunis on piilossa. Ehkä siitä syystä, tarkkailenkin ja nautin niin paljon näistä pienistä hetkistä!

Oletteko huomanneet, että kesällä myös syömme terveellisemmin? Itse ainakin. Suosikeiksi on muodostunut Innocent Antioxidant smoothie, ruokaisat salaatit, hedelmät ja marjat. Oletteko te huomanneet saman?

No kyllähän tossa vaikka  mitä herkkuakin on, kuten chilijuustoa sekä brieta, mutta yleisesti paljon terveellisempää ja kevyempää kuin talvella.

Tänään sain pojaltani kukkia! Kotona ollut rauhaisaa! Ollut vain niin täydellinen kesäpäivä, että en voi muuta kun hymyillä. Toivottavasti näitä aurinkoisia päiviä tulee enemmänkin!

Do you notice, that when the sun is shining  your mind is happier and clerer? You smile much more? I am that type of girl, i would fit better somewhere where is more sun.

When i am walkin outside I enjoy what I see: flowers, trees, sand, birds, animals (except spiders) and ofcourse SUN.

I hate knowing that the summer is so short, and I have so little time to enjoy of  the summer. In winter time all of the things I love are hidden. Maybe that is the reason why I observe the nature and enjoy the little moments so much.

Have you notice also that we eat much healtier at summer? Or at least I do so. My favorites are Innocent Antioxidant Smoothie, salads, berries, and fruits. Have you noticed?

In the picture there is ofcourse some goods also not so healthy chilicheese and brie. But still it is much more healtier and lighter food that I usually eat in winter.

Today i got flowers from my son. At home has been peacefull. It has been such a perect summer day, I hope there is more to come.
